Returns & Exchanges
We want every edit to feel right. If something isn't working, here's how we'll make it right.
Our policy
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Bags must be unworn, free of marks and scratches, and accompanied by original dust bag and tags.
- Sale and pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Return shipping is on us for faulty or incorrect items — otherwise it’s the customer’s responsibility.
How to return
Email hello@ateliertheedit.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll reply within one business day with instructions.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
