Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every bag you purchased from The Edit Atelier. We meticulously quality-check every item before shipping, but we understand that things occasionally slip through the cracks.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- All original tags, dust bags and packaging must be fully intact and included.
- Please note: Sale and pre-order items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange ?
- Reach Out: Send us a message on Instagram or Whatsapp with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
- Pack It Up: Once approved, carefully pack the item in its original packaging to ensure it remains safe during transit.
- Send It Back: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Defective Items & Pre-order Issues
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please send us a message on WhatsApp or Instagram within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the defect and we will handle the rest—including covering any return shipping costs.
If there is an unforeseen issue with a pre-order such as a supplier cancellation or an extended delay, a full refund will be processed back to you directly via PayNow or Bank Transfer within 1-3 business days.
